Text Messaging Program

What the program is

Starweather is an astrology service you can text and call. When you text your birth date, time, and city to the Starweather number, we compute your astrological birth chart and reply with your chart summary. You can then text questions and receive replies from Starweather's AI astrologers, call the same number to talk by voice, and — if enabled — receive one short daily “morning starweather” timing message.

Message types & opt-in

• Conversational replies: by texting the Starweather number first, you consent to receive text replies to your messages.
• Daily morning message: when your chart is created we enable one short daily timing message and tell you so in the welcome text, including how to stop it. You can turn it off at any time (see below) or in the app's phone settings.
• Star Map morning text: on the free Star Map page (starweather.co/map) you may enter your number and tick an unchecked consent box; we text a one-time verification code, and only after you confirm it do we send one short morning map text per day, at 8 a.m. where you were born. Any reply you send gets one reply. Stop it at any time (see below).
• Reminders you schedule: if you ask an astrologer (on a call or by text) to reach out at a specific time — for example, when a timing window you asked about opens — we send that one reminder you requested.
• Summaries you request: if you ask for a written summary at the end of a call, we text you a link to it.
• Account notices: we may text you about your own prepaid balance (for example, when it runs out). These are never promotional.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your use. Conversational replies are one reply per message you send. The optional daily timing message is at most one message per day. Scheduled reminders and requested summaries are sent only when you ask for them; account notices are occasional.

How to stop, and how to get help

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. STOP immediately cancels all Starweather-initiated texts — the daily message and any reminders you had scheduled — and we'll send one confirmation and stop. If you text us again later, we'll reply to that message (texting us is always your call).
• Reply START to resume the daily messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@starweather.co.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Starweather does not charge for individual text messages; paid features (subscriptions, voice-call minutes, question credits) are described in our Terms and are always disclosed before you pay.

Eligibility & carriers

The program is for U.S. users aged 18 and older. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your birth details are personal data and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
